Vintage Westmoreland Glass Company English Hobnail Line No. 555, Milk Glass Handled Oil or Vinegar Bottle Cruet with Pontil Point Bottom.  The English Hobnail pattern was manufactured from the 1920s until 1983.  It is approximately 4 3/4" tall and it holds 2 oz.
