Vintage OTC Smiley Face American Flag Pin Stars & Stripes + Charmania Charm

Original owner has had these items in smoke free storage for a very long time.  The Charmania interchangeable charm is new old stock, never opened, 3/4" across, dated 2003.  The OTC pin is 3 1/8" diameter, in really nice condition, color is still vibrant.
