Vintage Custom Made Bamboo Casting Rod. Fuji Luminous Green Eyes, Tip. Beautiful

I have had this great old bamboo casting rod for about ten years and have never fished it. I honestly have no idea who made it or when. All of the wraps are in perfect condition, nice and tight. It was built with Black Fuji line guides and tip with luminous green inserts. They are perfect as well. The reel seat and cork section are a mystery... I'm not sure who it came from? Horrocks Ibbotson President? Knox? Fred Divine? H.L. Leonard? You might know better than I do. All of the Ferrules fit snug and "pop" nicely. The only real downfall of this rod is that the cork could be in better condition. The cork is worn but not gouged out. It's not as nice as the rest of the rod for sure. But you could certainly trade that out for a different handle and seat if you wished. Below are the specs on the rod. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Four sections in all (two tip sections).
Section weights & lengths.
Butt = 43-1/8". 7.93 oz.
Mid = 42-5/8". 3.24 oz.
Tip = 42-3/4". 1.05 oz.
Tip = 42-7/8". 1.08 oz.
All four sections are all very close to the same length, only 1/2" different overall and that's considering both tips.
