Vintage Austria porcelain "Double Handled" Flow Blue Cake Plate *Beautiful

I have here a beautiful vintage porcelain handled Flow Blue Cake plate from Austria.I can make out on the back stamp "Carlsbad" & "Austria" but cannot read the other name imprinted on underneath side.It measures approx.10-3/8" from handle to handle & is  in very good to excellent condition with no chips,cracks,or repairs.Please see pictures and ask questions prior to bidding.
