Beautiful coloring contrast on this 7.5" salad/bread plate. It looks as though the young woman in the background is being a bit sneaky. There is a birdcage with a little bird and a dog/puppy in the foreground. It looks like he sees the "other" woman that the couple in the foreground does not know is there. This plate is in good condition with very minimal wear around the gold rim and one under glaze flake - see photos for detail.
