Toxoptix Police X3 Flashlight DUI/DWI Drug Recognition Forensics Investigation.
This pen/pocket light is band new, specifically designed for Medical personnel and Drug Recognition Experts Forensics Investigation for Dark Room Tests.  Good fro DREs, ARIDE, DUI Investigations.  Looking for HGN and use in the dark room.  Includes timer, timed lighting, UV lighting, red lighting.  The box is damaged from me opening it, shown in pictures.  I only tested to make sure it worked, but has not had batteries stored in it and has not been used or deployed in operations.  Only stored.  The item is nearly new, other than the test I just described.
