cosmetic and working condition.
Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
There are some scratches on the display.
I was able to power on the device with an in-house power supply (12VDC with a 5.5mm x 2.5mm power adapter tip, not included).
I was able to test the display working.
I was able to swap between the meter and the scope.
I was able to test the DMM function working using the included testing probes as I was able to measure voltage input from the power supply, measure resistance and test continuity.
I was able to connect an in-house signal generator (not included) to the BNC inputs for CH 1 and CH 2.
I was able to display sine, square and triangle waveforms.
I was able to adjust the vertical shape and position of the waveform using the volts/div increase and decrease buttons and the vertical position up and down arrows for both CH 1 and CH 2.
I was able to adjust the horizontal shape and position of the waveform using the sec/div increase and decrease buttons and the horizontal position buttons.
I was able to test the trigger modes working as I was able to stabilize the waveform.
I was able to test the menu buttons working as I was able to access the different settings.
I was able to navigate the onscreen buttons using the soft keys under the display.
