Functional Condition:
This oscilloscope has been tested and has the following issue:
The waveform display on channel two is rapidly moving when a signal is input to the oscilloscope and channel 2 is unable to read a frequency. The oscilloscope was tested with a signal generator at several frequencies between 10 MHZ and 300 MHz and it displays a good quality waveform across the entire range. The oscilloscope passes its power on self test. The buttons and knobs are functional.
Cosmetic Condition:
The waveform intensity knob is missing the cover. The oscilloscope is in good condition.
