  • Condition: This unit has the timekeeping NVRAM replaced (see photo of big battery). Has GPIB and firmware 3.39 (could be updated a little bit more). Passes all self tests and SPC.The know of waveform intensity was broken and I drill a bit into it to attach a standoff. A full know could de installed, as the standoff has a 3mm thread on it. GPIB tested, run out of space for the photo.
