Set of 3 Bawo & Dotter Pink & Orange Rose & Gold Dessert Plates C. 1884 - 1914
Pretty set of 3 porcelain dessert plates. Each plate is decorated with a gold gilt floral medallion in the center. With a band of pink and orange roses, a band of gold gilt designs, a band of green, and a band of pink roses and bluet forget me not flowers. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the reverse with a blue star over a bird carrying a fish and the word Austria. This is a decorator's mark used by Bawo & Dotter between 1884 and 1914.
These have some minor usage wear consistent with age and some wear to the gilding, mostly along the edge. Otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
Each plate measures approximately 7 5/8 inches wide.
These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the pieces.
