    Armored car service - Money & Dispatch . . Long trusted company . .    I remember the Brink's armored car that was robbed while traveling on California State Highway 20, several miles north of Ukiah (Mendocino County).  I think it was in the late 1970's.   I was driving home when all of a sudden the road was blocked due to the event.  Tires of the armored car were shot-out...   Not sure if the bandits were ever arrested, nor do I know how much cash that got away with.
