It's for repair or for parts.
I won't boot into operating mode.  It gets to the pictured screen and then stalls there. End of story.

Good stuff:
Will make a dandy parts machine.
Bad stuff:
It's missing the main control know, but the shaft is okay.  One side cover is missing from the handle.
Cosmetic Condition:
On a scale of poor/fair/good/excellent, it's in the high fair range.   See the photos please.
