Original 5' Heddon casting rod w/ jumping bass decal 100% NR

This auction is for a Heddon bamboo casting rod. 5' two-piece bait caster with original wraps and complete jumping bass HEDDON decal - see photos. Gold wraps with black tipping at ferrules and tip top as well as there signature wraps and intermediates all look to be in original condition. Unfortunately the varnish has crazed likely due to heat and is now rough (rod was possibly over-coated but if so was a long time ago) and although fishable as is rod should be properly restored before given extensive use. Agate guides and tip top. Cork very good with minor damage to base - see photo. Rod has Heddon's Made in U.S.A. Patent 1624052 locking reel seat. See pictures for complete description. Sold as shown.
