I can't remember exactly which plastic John Deere pedal tractor this fit, but it's pretty cool.
It shipped from Ertl in a box that reads, "Rolly Toys" on the outside.  It's a TBE15049 Plastic Loader for a John Deere pedal tractor.  It's NEW, but in the original tattered box.
