Vest is POINT BLANK carrier only. NO BALLISTIC PANELS
Miltiple pockets with velcro that us still in good shape. Radio pouch is missing male portion of buckle. Carrier is size 44. I am 5'8 195, wear a 42 jacket, and the carrier fits just above my belt line
US Flag velcro patch is IR reflective
Fugitive Recovery Patch is clean and is an unused spare, can be sewn with velcro and worn with vest.
Surefire G20 flashlight runs on CR123 batteries (not included due to shipping)
