Lian Li PC-65 Aluminium Pc Case *Modernized*

Description

Lian Li PC-65 Aluminium Pc Case Upgraded and Modernized for todays computing.
First and foremost : this is a 20 year old case, with a plastic side panel window. There IS a blemish or two on it on the lower rear corner of the window that does not show up in photos. There IS a scratch or two on the front panel please see the last 3 photos. The Hide Away USB port door is broken off and I do not have it anymore.
I believe this classifies as retro now days, but was originally released in 2001, and has housed quite a few systems.  As such through the years it has had to be modified a little.

All Aluminium Light weight Construction, 8.5" wide, 20" deep, 17.5" tall
Slide out motherboard tray
Full "tool-less" main case with thumb screws for drives, panels, brackets
removable power supply bracket (rear load like many modern cases)
tool-less front panel
removable main 5 drive lower hard drive cage ( two thumb screws, slides out to the side on little rails)
removable 3x3.5 bay (three thumb screws, front load)
spots for 4 or 5 80mm fans (4 PWM fans included)
Front 3 way, 3 pin, manual Fan controller (12v, 9v, 7v I believe)
Change list:
Second rear fan added (via drilling out the back tray with a hole saw, using the extra included fan grill Lian Li included with these systems)
Primary internal drive cage mount rivets were drilled out, and replace with screws and nuts, to allow for full removal for large graphics cards)
My 266MM long GPU only had 2-3mm to spare with the drive cage installed. Larger cards will need you to remove the lower hard drive cage
Replacement buttons and Indicator LEDS to work with modern systems (Green for Power, Red for Drive activity)
USB 3.0 Ports replacing the original 2.0 Ports on the lower panel
USB 2.0 Ports + HD audio bay
3 5.25 Bay converter for running 4 3.5" drives, along with its own 120mm rubber mounted ball bearing fan and filter. I did not use this included fan and its been sitting in the box.
Original Front intake fan filter and cage was replace with SilverStone Individual filters, as the original LianLi filter box was a pain to deal with, AND the foam filter deteriorated.
There are 4 (four) Noctua b8 Redux PWM 4-pin Fans, Two at the rear with noctua y cable, and two at the front plugged into the original case manual fan controller. These are new as of a few months ago.
Cold Cathode Cool White Kit Is velcro-ed into the case and still functions fine - has PCI Slot filler with power switch
New Front panel pegs and clips (3d printed)
