    Description

I have for sale a Lian Li PC343B Modular Aluminum Cube Case that I bought in 2010 along with a ton of Lian Li accessories that are specific to this case. This amazing case has been discontinued for years and nothing quite like it has been made since. I have used this case for numerous builds over the years, some of them being a custom water cooled setup where I used the back side of the case to house the radiators. The expandability of this case is awesome and it's the add-on hard drive/fan modules that really make it great, all of which are included with this listing. I never thought I would sell this case, but my family is growing and I just can't spare the space, especially since I'm no longer interested in custom loop water cooling.
Included, along with prices that I paid in 2010, is the list of parts below:
1X Lian Li PC-343B Modular Aluminum Cube Case (9.99)
1X Lian Li PC-343B Rear HDD module (.95)
1X Lian Li PC-343B Acrylic Top Plate (.99)
    1X Lian Li USB3.0 (20pin-plug) Multi-Media I/O Ports Cable Kit PW-IN20AH50T0 (.95)
1X Lian Li PC-343B Power Supply Filter Box (.99)
1X Lian Li EX-34NB Expansion Hard Drive Kit - Black (.90)
1X Lian Li AD-02 CPU Air Duct for 120mm Fan (.95)
1X Lian Li PC-343B Clear Side Panel Window (.99)
    3X Lian Li PC-343B 120mm Fan Mount for Triple 5.25" Bays (.97)
1X Lian Li PC-343B Internal Radiator Mounts (.98)
    10X Noiseblocker NB-Multiframe M12-S2 120mmx25mm Ultra Silent Fan - 1250 RPM - 19 dBA (9.50)
    4X Noiseblocker NB-Multiframe M8-S3 80mm x 25mm Ultra Silent Fan - 2200 RPM - 19 dBA (.96)
1X Front & Rear Anodized Case Handles: Large Handles - Black (.95)
    Total Spent in 2010: ,075.08
This case is in great condition, but it's not perfect:
Years ago, I did have a small motherboard fire that left a burn mark on the mounting panel, but this is hidden when a motherboard in place. This is shown in the pictures.
I also drilled a hole in the bottom of the case to accommodate a drain for my water cooling loop. I left the fitting in place with caps on both sides as to have on less place for unfiltered air to come in to the case.
Also, one of the latches that hold the front panel in place is broken. This can be seen the lower right corner in the pictures.. It seems the other ones aren't holding as firmly as well. There are replacements still available, but I rarely take the front panel off, so I had completely forgotten about it, until now. If you want to fix this, the replacement part is: LIAN LI FRONT PANEL JOINTER KIT SET # PT-JT01 / BLACK.
The original filter material on the fans and hard drive modules have basically disintegrated. They were fine for years, but one time I went to clean the dust off of them and they all just crumbled in my hands. So I replaced them with cut to size automotive grade air filter foam, which had much finer filtration, but with so many fans on this case the reduction in flow wasn't much of an issue. I used UNIFILTER coarse foam. They are meant to be used with oil, but I didn't do that.
The case came with 18 5.25" bay covers, but I only have 13 of them now. Some were used for custom fan switch panels, water pump controller mounts, LCD display, etc. that I sold off with my water cooling gear years ago. But I doubt you'd miss them, with the hard drive cages and fan modules taking their place.
Other than the issues mention above and normal wear and tear typical of a 10 year old case, this is in really good shape. Some accessories are still brand new and in their boxes, like the acrylic top panel and the rear hard drive cage. Also a new radiator mounting bracket kit. I couldn't find one of the radiator brackets that I used, but included what I did find.
One modification that I made was converting the front USB inputs to USB 3.0. This lost the firewire input though, so there is a vacant spot in the front panel now. The original USB 2.0 inputs are included if you want to convert back or if you just have to have firewire...
All the fans I used are included. They are really quiet, really high quality fans and I never had a problem with any of them. They have a nice look to them as well, so unless you are an RGB addict, I can't really see why anyone wouldn't want them. Regardless, they are factored into the cost and it's already packed into a box, so you're getting them if you want this case. I just don't want to deal with so many fans in separate listings. The original Lian Li front drive cage fans are included as well; two of them.
I also threw in a Lian Li 3.5" to 2.5" SSD adapter and this Lian Li fan duct adapter that I modified to direct air from a fan module to a radiator.
Anyways, I will not substitute or remove any components from this listing to work out a deal. This is sold as-is. If you don't want anything from this listing, you are welcome to recuperate costs by selling them yourself. I have the "make an offer" option enabled and welcome any reasonable offers. Low ball offers will just be ignored.
Please do your diligence and make sure you understand what you are buying by searching the model number of this case. Please view the pictures provided closely to see what you are getting. Ebay only allows 12 pictures for a free listing, but I have more, so if you have a specific question or want to see something specific, let me know and I'll try to accommodate you.
This is going to ship in a 24" x 21" x 20" box and it weighs 37 lbs, so it might cost a bit to ship this. I try to pack items to survive dropping off a roof of a 1-story house, so that might be a factor in the weight.
I always describe the item to the best of my knowledge and try to be straightforward as I possibly can about cosmetic defects or any other issues, but the item should be functional unless otherwise stated. With that said, all sales are AS-IS and are FINAL. I have way too much stuff and once it's shipped, I don't want it back. Thank you and happy bidding!
