This kit changes a vacuum operated KLR650 petcock to manual fuel delivery system. Replaces vacuum cover, spring, diaphragm, and o-ring from vacuum operated petcock. Perfect for simplifying fuel delivery system or to make a repair on the trail or your around the world journey. This blockoff plate setup works with all year US model KLRs that have a stock petcock with an OFF position. It only works if the petcock has an off position. Some KLRs might have a petcock with a PRI (prime) instead of an OFF position. If your petcock has a PRI position this set up should not be used. Kit comes with aluminum cover plate, gasket, screws, vacuum cap, and detailed written instructions.
