Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
There is some cosmetic damage to the upper right corner of the device (see picture #8).
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
I was able to power on the device.
However, I determined that the keypad (all buttons and knobs on the right side of the device) is non-functional.
I was only able to
connect an in-house signal generator to the Channel 1 BNC input
and adjust the contrast of the waveform.
Without the keypad working, I was unable to test to see if channels Channels 2-4 are functional.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is for parts, repair or as a non-working item.
