Heathkit Dual Trace Oscilloscope IO-4510 - Recapped Power Supply

Selling a Heathkit Dual Trace Oscilloscope IO-4510. I got this unit in an auction from Goodwill. I recapped the power supply and the unit powers on and shows signal on the display. I can’t get it to do much otherwise. I’m a novice when it comes to vintage test equipment so someone with expertise might be able to get it working easily. I just don’t know what I’m doing.
Very good condition inside and out.
