Circa 1950's  14 Piece Tureen / Cider Set .   The Tureen itself is approximately 12 inches  ( 30 CM )  ( including handles ) wide x 12 inches high ( 30 CM )  to the top of the lid .    Its capacity is approximately 6 quarts or 5 Liters .  Very Impressive design and  style .  Whether it's  purpose is for Hot Cider , Bisque , Soup or Punch  , this beauty will certainly draw ohs and ahhs from your guests !  There are TWELVE  8 to 10 Oz. Matching Cups / Mugs to complete the
ensemble
.  Included is a Commercial Stainless Ladle .

Lover ) Set ,
History :  A German by the name of Simon Peter Gerz founded his company in 1857 .  The company stayed in business under his name until 1997 when it was purchased by the Domez company .
There are 6 Large and 6 Small castle designs on the Tureen .
This design was produced in West Germany in the 1950 thru 1960 production period .
