This is a beautiful large tray by Fredrick Simon of Karlsbad.  The vicinity of Karlsbad (or Carlsbad) was the center of the Bohemian porcelain industry.  Many factories included the name Karlsbad in their marks despite the fact that they were not actually in the city.  The crown logo bears the initials F S K, which stand for Fredrick Simon, Karlsbad, and it is marked, Czechoslovakia.
The tray has a center victorian scene and is surrounded other victorian scenes.  It has two pierced handles.
The tray is 16 3/4" by 13 1/4"
Please note ther is some wear to the blue background and the gold trim.  There are a few white flakes on the surface of the tray.
