Functional Condition:
This ScopeMeter has been tested and has the following issue:
The ScopeMeter was tested with a signal generator from 10 MHz to 200 MHz on both channels. The waveform on channel 1 is in fair condition but there is some movement in the wave and spikes at the peak of the wave at higher frequencies. Channel 2 does not display frequency input, it either displays a rapidly moving wave below 100 MHz or a large deformed sine wive above 100 MHz. The Scopemeter has had a new battery installed. The meter takes accurate AC and DC voltage readings. The buttons are functional. The screen displays clearly.

The scopemeter is in good cosmetic condition.
