POWER CORD INCLUDED. HANDLES ARE BROKEN. YELLOWING OF THE PLASTIC. SOME SCUFFS, SCRAPES, DENTS AND DINGS. THE FRONT PANEL OF SOME OF THESE ARE LOOSE. ON SOME, THE FEET ARE MISSING. These oscilloscopes have been tested for key functionality. They all have some cosmetic damage. Please note that you will receive a unit in similar or better cosmetic condition than what is pictured.
