    Description

    Up for your consideration is a Carlsbad Marx & Gutherz biscuit jar/ canister from Austria.
    This lovely piece is hand painted and has pale pink raised grapes and leaves.  The top scalloped edge is painted in gold and the background color is white.
    Other than some gold loss, this beautiful jar and lid are in very good antique condition showing no cracks, chips or crazing.
    The bottom has the Carlsbad Marx Gutherx Austria mark and is has the number 2409 90.
