    Description

    Carl Knoll Carlsbad Hand Painted Orange Floral Gold Blush Ivory Basket C. 1900
    Pretty ivory faience earthenware footed basket. With hand painted orange flowers with raised gilt stems. With gold gilding along the edge and clouded gold gilt daubs on either side. Marked on the bottom Carlsbad Made in Austria with a puce crown. This mark was used by Carl Knoll around 1900.
    Has overall crazing typical of earthenware, and minor wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition.
    Measures approximately 4 3/4 inches wide x 4 3/8 inches tall.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
