Agilent / Keysight Infiniium 54831D color 600MHz mixed signal oscilloscope.  4 analog channels, plus 16 digital channels.  Huge 8Mpts MegaZoom acquisition memory, and high-speed 4GS/s sampling rate.  Includes digital logic cable, lead set, grippers, and extra grounds.  Scope is also equipped with an accessory pouch on the top cover for all your measurement supplies.  Contains latest firmware, version 5.71.
Scope is as shown and in excellent physical and operating condition.  Recently calibrated and passes self test as shown.  Bandwidth tested to better than -3dB spec at 600MHz on all four inputs.  Color LCD display is perfect - nice and bright with no scratches or dead pixels.  Controls are also in excellent condition with absolutely no wear.  I will also include a full 30-day warranty on this unit.
