Functional Condition:
This oscilloscope has been tested and has the following issue:
The push to select button is broken. There is movement in the frequency displays at 200 MHz on all four channel. The oscilloscope powers on and initializes with no erros. The oscilloscope was tested on all four channels with a signal generator and it displays a clear waveform from 10 MHz to 200 MHz with the exception of the movement issue. The buttons and knobs are functional. The screen displays clearly.
Cosmetic Condition:
There is a crack in the case to the bottom left of the screen.  The feet to the oscilloscope are missing and there are two large holes in the bottom of the case. The rest of the oscilloscope is in good condition.
