    Description

    Up for auction is a 1901 Alnwick 10’ 3.5” fly fishing pole. I do not know much about fishing poles but I do know that this one is special. Someone took very good care of it. They even made a case for it out of a railing piece. I believe that this is the original canvas bag for it too. I’m unsure of the type of wood it’s made out of. It does have a few small cracks and scuffs in the cork handle and in the rubber end piece, other that it’s in great shape for its age. I DO NOT have a reel that goes with the fishing pole. This would be a wonderful gift for someone who collects fishing poles or just loves fly fishing. Please read description and look at all the photos before bidding.
